Gout and high uric acid levels
My uric acid levels are down to 317,from a high of 570,so why do my wrist joints still hurt when i shake or turn my hand?I am taking 300mg of allopurinol perday.

Reversing uric acid level is not necessary to heal joints. Because joint surface got injured during that disease course . It takes time to heal . Sometimes pain will be there if healing has not occur
