Hi greetings. You could apply warm and cold fomentation alternately and also try thrombophobe gel to cause the mark to fade away quickly but usually takes minimum three to five days. You could obviously make another excuse to avoid embarrassment. Hope this helps. Warm regards. Dr Govind S Mittal
