Got hurt while running
Today my ankle twisted and i see a bruise in my toe. I am not able to walk. Please suggest some good remedies.

First of all, only ice immersion for 72 hrs(3 days), support your ankle in creap bandage/brace,avoid  walk/ standing too long, elevate leg on pillow, have an x -ray done to find of if any bony injury..
