For ticks u have applied Protektor wait for 15 days then u can apply Advatix Spot on which is more effective for ticks. For Seizures keep a tract of seizures if it happens multiple times in a day or more than 2 times in a month or if the for last for 10 to 15 minutes then we need to start the medication for epilepsy. For fever it could be tick fever u can start Tab.Doxycycline 100 mg 1 tab thrice a day for 2 weeks if it doesn't improve in a day or 2  then please consult ur vet
Next Steps
If the fever doesn't improve then please go for blood test
Health Tips
If the Seizures happens once in 2 or 3 months if it last for few minutes then it won't need any treatment.

If your dog has ticks and he is ill kindly consult a vet as he might be suffering from tick fever which is confirmed by blood tests. Or if you can forward me the blood reports I can cast my opinion and would be able to suggest you.
