Gluten/wheat, yes or no?
Now a days, people are going for gluten free diet despite they don't have Celiac disease or wheat allergy. Does that make any sense, or is it just a fad?

Hi there...I can understand your concern. People are going on a gluten free diet, to help them reduce weight. But many studies have shown there's not much off a difference. you must understand losing your weight or gaining weight is a very gradual process. You should have strong determination and patience if you want to lose weight. And it cannot happen suddenly. Losing too much suddenly is also not good for health. You have to follow a strict diet and exercise schedule. Ideal weight for your height is around 70 kgs. So you don't worry about weight loss. Have protein rich foods and excersise regularly to gain muscle mass. You can also visit a dietician for further queries.
