  3. Glass piece under my feet. I have to do!

Glass piece under my feet
I had stamped a glass bottle 5 years ago and visited a hospital. They did cleaning and put stitches. But I used to have pain and after 3 years I had one glass piece removed from my leg. Again after 2 more years I have pain and took a digital x Ray which shows a piece of glass. Please advise what I have to do
