Glanzmann thrombasthenia. And pain?

Would like to know more about this condition. I was diagnosed with this 2 days back after doing platelet aggregometry (attaching the report). I was recommended to consult a haematologist by my gyneac since my body was not responding to hormones taken for severe abnormal bleeding. Abnormal bleeding started almost an year back with prolonged periods, severe pain that lasted around 10 days and bleeding during ovulation. Consulted many gyneacs who prescribed hormone pills, which made bleeding worse. Now am bleeding all through the months and finally got referred to haematologist. What would be my treatment going forward to avoid heavy bleeding and pain? Hormone pills hasn't helped so far. Please suggest. Many thanks in advance! 🙏🏼
