I have irregular period issue ( my tsh ,fsh ,ultrasound ,hemoglobin reports are normal ) ESR level is 40 mm/ hr .
my age is 27 yr my height is 5ft and weight is 75 kg
I have also acanthosis nigricane and skin tags on my neck .
please suggest me what should I do first of all .
