Hello sir... Gingivitis is the inflammation of gums...initially there will be inflammation only and pain only comes in final stage ... gingivitis is due to deposits(plaque and calculus)...it is better to do scaling now itself otherwise the problem may get aggrevated

Gum problems don't manifest with pain but if you leave it unneglected the disease can worsen further and it will ultimately lead to loosening of teeth.  So kindly do scaling

Hello sir, it's always advisable to undergo scaling every six months because deposits build up over this period of time.Gingivitis may not always cause pain.

Gingivitis is quite common. Initial stages of gingivitis will not have much pain. But if not intervened at this stage ,the condition may gradually reach a stage of periodontitis which is more severe. bleeding gums, faint pain in the gums, receeding gums, mobile teeth are signs of periodontitis. My opinion would be cleaning once a year for every patient
Next Steps
get scaling done and then maintain your oral hygiene well
