I have giltis in few body parts e. g. Two in Waist, one in back and one in chest, It does not pain. But sometimes feeling pain.

It could be due to various reasons like lipoma, neurofibroma. Usually they won't affect much. If it's a Cosmetic concern then you can get it surgically removed. A biopsy of such lesions may give the diagnosis.
