Getting semi solid stool in the morning
Dear Doctors, I have been getting semi solid stools in the morning with no proper stool size and shape.Is this normal or a matter of concern.What should be down in this case?

Because may be your diet doesn't contain proper fibers.. All you need to do is 1.increase fibre containing diet e.g salads,green leafy vegetables 2.hydrate your self well especially in summer 3.do regular exercise Provide me with full history and symptoms...from your text i can say only this much You can consult me on practo..
