Getting pain in the lower back
Getting pain in the lower back, on consulting orthopedist, took urine test and ultra sound scan. Ultra sound report revealed that there is slight swelling in left kidney. It said "Mild left hydronephrosis with renal angle tenderness". Got urine test results as well.It said "Culture yields no growth after 48 hrs of incubation at 37degrees C" Please suggest what treatment needs to be done and also suggest any changes in food are necessary.

Hi Infection and stones are two common causes of kidney swelling. If pain persists and repeat sonography shows hydronephrosis better get a CT scan done to rule out stone disease.
