Weight: 51 kg Height: 170.5 cm
I am an avid Non veg eater. I also don't eat less. But my weight just doesn't increase. I changed my diet and checked my weight again. It was the same. On top of that i have GERD and stomach ache problem from 2+ years. I would like if someone would be interested to give me a professional Diet advice to help solve my issue. Thanks.

Hi there!
You are around 19 kgs underweight according to your height. A suitable diet plan according to your body, lifestyle, GERD issue and eating habits will definitely make you gain weight.
Exercise also plays an important role in weight gain as it helps build muscle.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
Are you regular with your meal times ??? do you eat too many spices or take alcohol n fats ??? Do you sleep well ? if any of it is yes you will need a therapeutic meal plan to tackle your condition.
