I have been on 0.5mg alprazolam for 3 weeks and now doctor gave me 25mg imipramine
How to reduce the dose by time??

1st wait till d symptoms remit.
Den u vil ve to continue imipramine on reg basis but alprozolam may be used only wen it's needed den gradually stop it. Later u may reduce d dose of imipramine n eventually stop it.
