Please advice what further should be done for faster healing. The smaller opening has a tunnelling of about 5cm. Using Purilon gel and dressing with sterile gauze and melolin. Tried gel and spray too but did show any effect.Picture attached as the smaller opening filled with purilon gel. Please help
