Hi....apart from medicine you should also go for therapeutic treatment that will help you to come out of your anxiety. Anxiety  is caused due to negative thoughts related to the past events and the uncertainty of the future , therefore it is important to work in your mind to come out of these negative patterns of thought
Next Steps
go ahead with psychotherapies

Hi, Every medicine is 'good' for some or the other person. The response and adverse effects vary considerably from person to person. Dosulepin is an antidepressant and has a prominent anxiolytic, as well as, antipruritic property. The only problem is that some people experience daytime sleepyness and dryness of mouth/constipation, etc. If you are not experiencing any such problem and have a good improvement, you can continue with the medicine. Else, discuss with your treating Psychiatrist and there are many other options available. Best wishes for your good health.
Health Tips
Do not take any treatment decision on a casual advise. The treating Doctor who has seen you in-person, knows you better than someone who has just read few words written by you.
