What are your views on gender neutral parenting? We want to raise our daughter to be as strong and agile and smart as any boy. We let her pick the toys she wants to play with, and she picks toys according to her mood. Overall she's a happy healthy kid. My inlaws however keep telling her not to run around as she is a girl, and that she should be proper and ladylike. And she comes to me and asks me why she is told this. I have tried talking to my inlaws, but they dont think girls should be 'unladylike'. This makes me super mad. How do I handle this with my daughter? She's only 4.
