Gel like discharge under the penis forsk
Yesterdsy I saw a gel kind od discharge under the penis foreskin, its semi transparent and a little foul smelling. Also there is a small cut kind of thing where a little blood is comibg out. I washed my penis by pulling the foreshim back nit in 4 hours it was back again. Also there seems to be slight swelling on the Penis head. Please advice what this is and what should i do? What kind of soctor should i meet?
