I had been lacking vitamin B 12 in my body.In order to fulfill the demand of vitamin B i used tablet neurobion forte!!it caused too much acidic reflux that i hardly could tolerate the pain.in this situation can I have Aciloc for quick relief

Hello....... You can stop nurobion tablets if it's causing gastritis.. You can take vitamin b complex syrup... And acolic is ranitidine ,it's older group of drug.. You can take pantoprezol group of drugs.. Non vegetarian food items and egg are rich in vitamin b12.......
