But thereafter becoming well remains unattended. So better meet nearby ayurved consultant for deciding your current digestive system status and diet regimen accordingly.

Hello, Ayurveda believes that way of almost every disease goes through digestive system (i.e. Agni). You clearly had some malfunctioning in that, and antibiotics may kill pathogens but thats not how one builds the strength of the system to fight against such episodes. Eggs, Kachori and such items are heavy for once system and once the system becomes weak, it can't conduct the digestion properly and may show symptoms like gases, acidity etc. In turn, overall health gets affected as our food is not processed properly and energy is not formed.
Next Steps
Show an ayurvedic physician, have complete history taken and follow dietary regimen along with medicines for persistent relief.
Health Tips
pranayama are to be done with the advice of learned yoga teacher. suitability differs from person to person as per the age, weight, prakruti and many such factors.
