I'm in 8th month of pregnancy. Severe gastric trouble since d 1st month. It's getting worse these days. Can feel intense pressure near ribs LHS. I'm on a diet with no fried food, mildly spicy, no potatoes etc. Still no relief. Gynac has not suggested any specific medication for the same. Anything that can bring relief?

Hello there, .. Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your gastritis... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed...
