I am suffering from acidity, heartburn and continuous burps for last two years. I feel continuous pain in upper abdomen area. The pain is regular and does not seem to go away. I have consulted many doctors yet the condition is not improving. I have my endoscopy report which mention gastritis as a problem. Please help me.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above for 15 days....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Kindly go for RUT ( rapid urease test) and go for further treatment depending on that. Further have good night sleep, u can consume anxiolytic. Do yoga or meditation to avoid stress.Avoid spicy food too. Hope that helps.

Gastritis is a very common disorder. So, firstly you need to control stress and excitement stimulus in your life,as these stigmas leads to excess production of acid in stomach. Secondly, you must take TAB PANTOCID-HP Kit daily for 10days than review again with me for further suggestion. Tab. Normaxin 1tab twice daily before food for 10days. Thirdly, you must restrict spicy and fried foods in your meal for 3months,else all treatment and methods will fail. Avoid consumptiom of hard drinks,if you are consuming presently. Hope these helps you. Take care.
