Hello There. I can understand your concern. the history you have given is very very little and we cannot say much without a detailed history and a detailed clinical examination, have a light diet and kindly consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. kindly continue pantop 40 once a day half an hour before food. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.

You need to follow a healthy diet. Avoid spicy foods, oily foods, outside junk foods, tea, coffee, sweets, sugars as much as possible. Have 4-5 short meals per day, instead of three big meals. Also drink plenty of water in between meals and little water during meals. You can take pantoprazole 40mg once in the morning half hour before your breakfast for one week. Sometimes stress can also trigger gastritis. So try relaxation methods like yoga or meditation. Also do not starve for too long. If this doesn't give you relief then consult a general physician or surgeon for further evaluation.

Hi. You can use jestamadhu or yastimadhu. Add half a spoon of yasti churna in 50ml water and 50 ml milk. Boil it for 15 mins. Drink when lukewarm 2 times a day preferably 1hr before food. It'll reduce the condition and give you good relief.

You must avoid hot and spicy food, tea, coffee, cola drinks. Continue with digene gel and Pantocid for a few days. If there is no significant improvement, it will be better if you consult your family physician for better understanding of the disease and treatment. You may need to undergo certain investigations.
