  3. Gastric pain. These syrup and tablets?

Hi doctor, i m breastfeeding mother and my daughter is one month old. Since two weeks I m getting lot of gastric pain and getting vomting. While i am pregnant, I have used gaviscon syrup, perinorm tablet and pan D tablet. Can I use these syrup and tablets now? How many days do i need to use these syrup and tablets? pl answer.
