Gastric and swelling in legs
Hello I am Swathi Sharma from bangalore.I am worried a lot about my moms health.She has a gastric problem a lot.whenever I do small massage on her body the gastric comes out from mouth and she gets relief.And she also has swelling in her both the legs from 2 years. And she walks very slow.And she has leg pain a lot and she is unable to sleep because of urine.She is going to pass urine in every 20 minutes.The foods which doesn't suits her are... Potatoes,curd,hotwater,and etc.Recently we got her blood and urine test done as per Dr. he said reports are good. I badly wanna know when she is taking her medicines on time and reports are quite good then why is she suffering every day with gastric and body pains.What should I do to make her healthy and also please suggest me dos and don'ts about her food.I reuest please please help me and give me suggestions.Thank you so much.

Does her food get digest properly?  If indigestion is there that is main symptoms gastritis, is shee feel acidity, anorexia, nausea, constipation, lazyness,, weakness, loss of appetite, edema all these are the symptoms of impaired digestion You give her hingvastaka ch 1 gm with  Luke warm water before meal Tab gasex  2 tab thrice in a day If she has constipation give trifala ch 1 tsp at bed time with milk Then tell me about her health

I doubt thats in such condition all tests are good. May be all tests are not done or you need to get them done from some other good lab. This could be some allergy or auto immune disorder. Please get full body panel of some good lab along with vitamin panel ANA and urine test. Measure her bp. Look for allergies. On these we can diagnose it properly.

What is her age Any medication till now And haven't you instigated these ailments to her physician and what was his response Need to know her past history of all ailments Then only could say anything How long she has been taking medicine..may be side-effects of the medicines Potato curd will alleviate her symptoms but as for hot water I have consult and see If to proceed with consultation I need a video of the patient too. All routines etc
