  3. Gastric & skipping beat. Can this be?

For the last couple of yrs am facing this weird sensation skipping pulse near my throat. No palpation no other uneasiness. No BP sugar. had a healthy pregnancy and normal delivery 5 months back. I observe this feeling only after delayed food intake or if the gas has already formed. What can this be? Pls help.
