On daily basis i used to fell expa
nsion of my stomach and lots of air passing whole day what can i do for that....i even dont smoke or drink .plz help me out

Avoid spicy,oily foods...drink more water,have food at regular intervals,avoid heavy meals,have dinner 2 hours before sleep,sleep with head raised position...if symptoms persists long consult physicians
