Gas stuck & fever also till 101.6 Ultrasound done for whole abdomen nothing came only shows Gas Taken Oflox, Esomefol dsr & Labac 5 days morning evng Still same stomach pain Should i change the medi or continue? Reply please

Stop oflox..Continue Tab Pantop DSR twice a day and add Syp Mucain Gel 2 tsf twice a day.if much pain u can take Drotin-M tablet once or twice a day according to pain intensity..if not improved Consult a Gastroenterologist
