Gas problem
Can gas travel from lower intestine to upper part of abdomen if motions are not clear?Sometimes after i return from motion(not clear feel heavy in lower abdomen)I start having severe pain in my lower back and both sides and it radiates to upper abdomen(pin like sensation)Despite using gas reducing medications it doesnt subside(cannot sleep also at night)..What is the reason?

Yes CONSTIPATION can even lead to vomitings. Also sometimes Gastritis gerd also happen.
Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc
PLANT based diet. Fruits salads sprouts green vegetables.
