Gas is forming much after eating anythin

Heavy Gas is forming whenever he is eating anything. Last week he took Pet safa churna and got loose motions, but after medication , that is ok, but gastric problem is a routine. Earlier he is taking Pinjop DSR , but not much affecting. Kindly advice
