Burp more.
Don't press tummy, let baby sleep on oneside.
If is happy, means nothing, no medicine is required.

Colic aid can be given , 0.5 -1ml, ten minutes before feed. Give at least for 3-4 days. But gas that is already there will take time to go. Try burping positions. Tummy time is also good with face turned to one side so that nose is not blocked
