Gas and loose motion
My son is 3 yrs old.his weight is 13.7kgs.
Since many days he is having loose motions(semi solid) once in a day.also he is having lot of gas.
No other symptom of fever or anything.No stomachache .pls tell me what can be the reason.
He eats normally everything including fruits.
