Gas and constipation
My baby is 1 nd half month old he weight is 6.1kg and His birth weight is 4kg. He is on Breastfeed and formula milk. Last week he was doing loose motion I have given him econorm 1 time after that he is trouble passing stool and gas he is stretching body and make sound and his tummy also look swollen .. like he is in pain.. and he stool also very hard.. I consult doctor on call she gave him volumes drop and carmicide drop but nothing helping him...

Hi,
Hard stool is due to formula and 2.1 kgs in 1 and half months is excess weight gain. Stop formula and give only your breast feeds.
Next Steps
Apply coconut oil around umbilicus and massage in a circular pattern regularly
. Baby is crying and straining due to tummy pain , so continue carmicide.
