Hello. Usually when the food is not properly digested, one gets pain in lower abdominal area along with farting. In case of acidity, it is usually in the upper abdominal region. Have a proper food timings, chew properly and eat the food. Use warm water to drink always, specially when the seasons change. You can use jeera and ajwain to be boiled in water and use it for drinking along with food. You can also have buttermilk after your big meal. Ensure you eat in required quantity. Avoid too much spicy and deep fried food.
