Ideally 11 years is the right age to start the orthodontic treatment.but it varies case to case.better you consult with a reputed orthodontist.

Dear Practo user, At the age of 9 to 11 years,  a gap between front teeth is normal. (known as the ugly duckling stage)Please wait till the age of 13 years, the gaps will get corrected naturally. If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask.
