Hello, have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries . your exams are near ,don't worry about weight now , just try remain healthy ,drink atleast 3-4 litres of water , have fruits and vegetables , don't skip meals , don't strain yourself, sleep for atleast 6-7 hours .
