I am very thin..my weight is only 33 kg..I want to gain my body weight..what can I do for it?? I tried everything for this but there is no result in my body..its too embracing for me

go for exercise and eat healthy food like banana smoothie, chickoo milkshake, brown bread and peanut butter on it.
also eat more of fruits.
