Hi Prudhvi Tej. Eat carbohydrate rich food every 2 hours. Add ghee to rice/ roti. Have milk with 2 bananas twice a day. Dates, nuts. Potatoes are all good sources of rich calories. Avoid eating deep fried foods or too much cheese, butter and sweets. Get protein from sprouts, milk, curd, eggs, chicken etc. For a personalized diet plan ping me on personal chat.
