Regards. Take extra care in cleansing the area and wear undergarments after total drying of the area. It will be better to consult personally an Ayurvedic consultant. Till then you can use Kaishor gugul 2 tab two times empty stomach and apply locally Mahamarichyadi oil. Thanks

Hi this is tenia cruris...Keep your groin area dry. Dry your genital area and inner thighs thoroughly with a clean towel after showering or exercising. Use powder around your groin area to prevent excess moisture...Change your underwear at least once a day or more often if you sweat a lot. Wash workout clothes after each use..use topical and systemic antifungal agents...The rash may clear up quickly with these treatments, but continue applying the medication twice a day for at least 2 weeks after resolution of lesions.Consult nearest dermatologist they will do the needful.

Dear Friend, this is ringworm patch ,if you want to clear it then first of all try to clean that part daily, remove hairs properly, don't wear under garments when you are staying at home or don't repeat clothes without wash , avoid jeans pants and tight pants which creates perspiration in that area ! apply powder to stop perspiration ! take sitz bath properly !
