Fungal infection on thighs
Its irritating,whenevr i wear proper phants and go out next day it becomes more...it is more uncomfotable for me to walk properly!!

Please visit a dermatologist for the same.  Avoid OTC creams as they may contain steroids eg betnovate, panderm, dermi5, candid b, zole f etc which can be harmful and worsen the condition.  Wear loose cotton clothes and keep the area as dry as possible. Wash hands after touching the area.
