I am having fungal infection on my both thighs near by my private parts . It caused the red area with itchness.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Do not apply any creams like b-tex, itch guard or any cream which has a combination of different medicines. Apply candid dusting powder twice everyday. Take bath daily and wear cotton undergarments. Consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
