I would advise you to meet a neurologist/neuromedicine doctor for your parasthesia(tingling sensation) that you feel over the right side of the body and undergo investigations such as CT/MRI, HbA1c, thyroid profile, etc to rule out any underlying causes and have it treated accordingly. For piles you should meet a general surgeon who will assess the condition and stage of piles. You may require corticosteroids, ointment, cream and laxatives as a medical treatment or a surgical intervention if medical help isn't helping. The following steps may help with your piles:
- Do not strain during bowel movements
- Reduce weight as per your BMI
- Exercise regularly
- Eat food rich in fiber and bran based cereals.
- Have laxatives for strain to be reduced during bowel movements
- Sitting on a donut ring cushions can reduce the pain while sitting.
