Fruits with vegetable
I know we should not eat fruits with grains. But can we eat fruits with vegetables or there should be gap between them? Kindly be specific

Hi , In case of IBS generally we avoid Fiber rich foods. Since fruits and vegetables have high Fiber, kindly have a 4 hours gap, Dnt include both in same meal. Also make a list of fruits and vegetables which you are OK with and have less symptoms.

You can take Fruits and vegetables together Even some citrus Fruits can also be taken with meals as Vit C helps in iron absorption.
