Best time is have fruits is in breakfast, mid morning snack time ie around 12, before lunch and 1 hour before dinner.
Try and have as many had seasonal fruits as possible as they are packed with all the nututuion required for that particular weather.
Avoid off season fruits, packed and canned fruits.
