Front teeth correction.
Fronth teeth have gaps and also size is comparatively bigger. have corrected gap by doctor few years ago but teeth is not in proper size.

By what you have mentioned I understand mostly that you have proclined teeth which are spread all over creating gaps between teeth.  Though you say it was corrected earlier, the teeth can move if post the clip treatment if retainers are not worn properly or it was not fixed braces (only the removable one was used instead) or you must be developing gum problems which weakens the bone and creates gap between the teeth. Whatever it may be if you can go for braces again with good oral hygiene maintenance, your problem could solve. Remember "you are never fully dressed without a smile". Get it treated and boost your self confidence.

In ur case u must visit ur dentist for detection of the anomaly because of which u r facing such problem, get a full mouth X-ray (O. P. G.), and take that alongwith, cause without former ur dentist won't be able to give you proper treatment n advice...., so get the needful done n visit ur dentist immediately
