Front 4 tooth are more towards outside
On my upper jaw,front 4 tooth looks bad and they are more towards outside so i want to know , will there be need of removing any molar tooth to apply bristles or u can directly apply the bristles without removing any teeth. I also want to know , will these bristles remain for 6 months only instead of year

Commonly premolar teeth are extracted not molars.
