Ear pain can be due to infection in the ear either bacteria or fungus. However only after examination it is possible to find out if it is bacteria or fungus, sometimes it could be even wax.If you are taking ear drops from a medical shop it might be for wax and therefore not working. Better is to consult and use medications.
