Frequent vomiting
My son is 4 month old and was on cow Milk for last one month. But due to loose motions , doctor advised formula milk. For last 5 days we are giving formula milk. Motions are fine but fir last 36 hours the frequency of vomiting curd and water has increased. We are using simelac milk .Is it lactose intolerance. What should we do ?? One doctor suggests cow milk , the other one suggests formula. Bit of confusion. Kindly suggest. The milk brand with composition is attached

Stool routine and microscopy should be done.
It will help to find diagnosis. Till that time you can continue with breast milk feeding and non milk products for weaning of foods. After feeding keep baby in upright position.
If loose motions are not there with breast milk then it is not lactose intolerance
