Frequent Urination and Urine Dribbing

Hi,Symptoms are like i have urge to pee frequently and most of time i feel like urine is stuck in top tip part of the penis and urine dribbling every-time.Urine is in one flow most of the time(Sometime in 2 flow) .While masturbate also i do hv urge to pee everytime and feeling like urine is stuck in my top of my penis and it will come out along with semane. While masturbate feel like semane also stuck in top of penis and visible semane(white thick liquid) in urine after masturbation. I don't hv burning sensation but lately i had penis pain sometime.I hv consulted urologist and completed antibiotics and taken alpho 10 mg also. Please suggest
