Frequent Nosebleed
6 year old son has frequent Nosebleeds, it started when he was 18 months old, at first it occurred rarely but the frequency increased later on, he would have Nosebleed once a month, recently it occurs more often, sometimes it happens when he is sleeping ( not because of nose picking) he doesn't have cold at the time , it occurs randomly , sometimes it is a few drops, but sometimes he has a bit of heavy bleeding, we have shown him to ,2 ENT surgeon, they said it was not concerning and told us to apply neosprin, is this normal? plz advise

common cause will be finger nail injury. nasoclear saline nose drops 2 drops 3 times a day.
